What the self-guided tool provides, its limits and how to keep your records.
Last updated: 17 October 2026
- Patient Path is a self-guided information and recordkeeping tool for your dental journey.
- One £5 payment provides 12 months of personal access, with no subscription.
- Online journey saving is optional and requires an account, active paid access and separate agreement to store your dental-treatment information. Download and reopen remain available.
The operator and the service
Patient Path Istanbul is operated by MAHMOUD SULAIMAN as an independent freelance project based in Turkey. Contact mahmoud@patientpathistanbul.com for support, questions or complaints.
The tool lets you enter details from up to three clinic offers, compare your entries, prepare questions and keep earlier and revised information. It includes before-booking checks, consultation preparation and a record of changes during treatment.
This is self-guided use. No personal review, clinician consultation, clinic booking, document authentication or clinic recommendation is included.
Your £5 access
Purchase through the checkout linked from My account. An order is completed only after payment succeeds. Do not send money or card details by email.
One £5 payment provides 12 months of self-guided, personal access on your devices, with no recurring subscription. It includes entering up to three clinic offers, comparison, questions to copy, checks before booking, consultation preparation, records of treatment changes, optional private journey saving and manual download and reopen. Checkout confirms the final amount and currency before payment.
After a successful payment, access is linked to the email address used at checkout, and instructions to set a password or sign in are emailed to that address. Keep that email accessible. Your account shows the access period. An account and active paid access are required to create or update an online saved journey.
Our 14-day full-refund promise is explained on the Refund and Delivery page. These terms do not reduce rights provided by applicable consumer law.
Using the tool
The worked example contains fictional information. In your own journey, include only the details you need for personal preparation. Do not enter another person’s identifying information, upload original medical records, or include passwords or payment-card details. You are responsible for the information you choose to enter and the files you keep. Keep your account password private and use paid access for your own personal journey.
Quote amounts, inclusions and treatment descriptions are recorded as supplied or entered. An unknown cost is not zero, and a quoted deposit is not proof that it has been paid.
Confirm important details directly with the clinic and a qualified dentist. Similar descriptions or treatment counts do not establish that two treatment plans are clinically equivalent.
Do not misuse the site, attempt to access other users' information, interfere with its operation or use its content to make misleading claims.
Saving and returning
Online saving is a choice. Sign in with active paid access and give the separate agreement to store your dental-treatment information before the first save. Check the save confirmation; do not assume an unsaved edit has been retained.
You can also choose Download my journey, keep the file on your device and later use Open saved journey. Download any changes you have not saved online before closing or refreshing the page. Keep original clinic documents separately.
When paid access expires, you can still read, download or delete your online saved journey. New edits and online saves require active paid access. Expiry does not automatically delete the existing record. You can delete it at any time; account deletion can be requested by email.
Recording a proposal, change or payment detail does not accept treatment, consent to a procedure, approve a price or instruct anyone to pay. The tool supports up to three offers and applies reasonable size and history limits. A limit or validation message explains when an entry cannot be accepted.
Clinical and information limits
Patient Path is not a dental clinic, regulator or medical provider. It does not diagnose conditions, decide medical suitability, recommend treatment, independently verify clinic claims or certify safety.
Links to official directories support your own research. A directory search is not a Patient Path endorsement, and a missing search result does not itself prove that a clinic is unauthorised.
Questions about treatment, medicines, complications or urgent symptoms belong with a qualified clinician or an appropriate emergency service.
Availability and changes
We may improve the tool, correct errors or temporarily pause access for maintenance or security. The purchase is for 12 months’ access, not lifetime access. No release date for future features is promised.
Changes to an existing paid purchase will not remove rights or a refund promise already agreed for that purchase. Keep your order confirmation and a downloaded copy of any records you need.
Consumer rights and complaints
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. The information scope above is not a waiver of consumer rights.
Email mahmoud@patientpathistanbul.com to raise a complaint. Describe the product issue and, for a paid order, supply its reference and date. Do not send medical records or full card details.
